Our Process
Receiving and preparation
All vehicles/chassis are inspected before entering the production line. Once all components verified and deemed fully operational, the vehicle is labelled, logged into the system, to initiate production. The vehicle is then stripped of all electric, sound proofing, and electronic components.
All components pertaining to each unit are labelled and tracked into our storage systems and assembly systems.
Armoring Process
Depending on the model, the Orion ® Group follows a rigorous process defined in stages of armoring assembly.
CAD 3D modelling is done on every vehicle, providing our production team with a clear process when using CNC cutting of each piece, the compiles the entire armored perimeter for each vehicle. The actual process of armoring with adding armor plates or light weight composites to the roof, floor, side walls and rear area starts. The vehicles are equipped with Orion® overlap systems installed in all vehicle openings and gaps between the doors and the vehicle’s frame. The suspension and braking systems are also modified and reinforced to handle the added weight of the armored perimeter. The operation then progresses to the protection of the battery, fuse box and ECM. Finally, the
vehicle is outfitted with high-performance run-flat tires.
Final Completion
Once the vehicle is fully armored, it is upholstered with plastic, wood or leather in accordance with the requirements of the customer. Our technicians pay special attention to small details in order to ensure the beauty of the finished product. If it is required, at this stage we also add special options such as sirens, dual door locks, spotlights, etc. Once the vehicle is fully re-assembled, it undergoes a strict quality control process. All vehicles are inspected by a trained team responsible for ensuring that the vehicle meets all armoring standards as well as performance and craftsmanship levels

Orion SKORPION I
Orion ® SKORPION I can be deployed for various missions, peace
keeping operations and convoy escort. Impressive power and handling
make SKORPION I equally suited to urban and off-road deployment.
The vehicle offers excellent protection against both ballistic and blast
threats with crew compartment protection of STANAG 2 level armoring
in various applications ranging from a battle field ambulance up to a
fully armed direct fire vehicle.
Orion ® Group offers a wide range of extra additional features which
can be integrated on the vehicle during manufacturing phase
guaranteeing total compatibility which includes: smoke-grenade
launchers, night-vision high speed camera, fully integrated intercoms
systems.
This vehicle can be deployed for various missions. More than 1,000
vehicles are already tested in the field and proved their resistance and
usability.

Vehicle Overview:
The ORION® Armored Cars Mercedes G63 AMG is a high-power,
high-class SUV know for its performance and off-road capabilities.
The vehicle keeps its occupants safe whether they are driving in the city or through the jungle.
The vehicle is equipped with an AMG 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine enhanced by a nine-speed automatic transmission
with torque converter that enables the motor to produce up to 577 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque.

Vehicle Overview:
Built on a 2500HD truck frame, the armored Yukon Denali is made to take the punishment that standard SUVs in this class cannot.
All while featuring certified armoring technology to withstand attacks from up to 7,62x51mm Armored Piercing rounds.
Displaying a massive size, the power is driven by a 6.2-liter V8 that produces 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque.
Satellite navigation, Bluetooth connectivity and adjustable foot pedals are just a few luxury features found in the spacious leather
trimmed interior.
Sirens, front and rear LED strobe lights and a P/A system deter prospective aggressors by bringing attention to the situation.
If tensions escalate to rounds fired, ORION® full perimeter armoring can stop up to 308 Winchester FMJ ammunition,

EQUINOX Next Generation (NG) is the latest
vehicle based Electronic Countermeasure (ECM)
system from Allen-Vanguard. Its highly agile and
flexible technical architecture has been
developed around the leading global standards
for Electronic Warfare (EW) hardware addressing
the compliancy sought by major programs for an
enduring and ‘ever-greening’ capability.
EQUINOX’s technical adaptability is coupled to a
highly flexible and scalable physical format which
allows it to be easily configured for a wide range
of scenarios. From armoured vehicles in
operational theatres to VIP convoys or
vulnerable fixed site locations, the system can be
integrated with relative ease to address both the
RCIED and Drone threat alike.
3XXX ECM
The 3XXX Electronic Countermeasure (ECM)
suite of systems (3140, 3230 & 3330) are a
combination capability based on AV’s versatile,
fully programmable and extensively
operationally proven core technology. This
highly reliable technology has delivered
numerous operational mission hours protecting
personnel and non-military officials facing the
threat from Radio Control IEDs (RCIEDs). The
3XXX suite is easily integrated onto most vehicle
platforms or deployed in a static point protection
role.

Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and

SCORPION™
SCORPION is Allen-Vanguard’s versatile and

Countermeasures (ECM) system. It capitalizes

long history of effective ECM to protect
personnel from the prevalence of the Radio
Controlled Improvised Explosive Device
